WOW, I see it in my face

Yesterday we got a picture of us at The Big Pig Gig in the falls. I put it up as my wallpaper. I compared it with a picture this time last year .... I can see the weight gain in my face again.

I tried to work out tonight but my energy was nill. I did a mile on the bike. It was only 5 minutes, but it was a mile and I was WIPED after.

I need to get truckin' and get back into things. Maybe skip the donut every Friday at work????
